1. First remove the Application folder from /Applications/Poser 13/

2. Remove the Poser folder from Users /Users/Shared/Poser 13 Content

3. Remove the Poser folder from Application Support /Users/*username*/Library/Application Support/Poser/13

If the Library folder is hidden, select the User folder and press [Command]+[Shift]+. (period)

5. Empty the Trash,

6. To start the Poser 13 install, select the Install Poser13.pkg and RIGHT-CLICK (or hold the CONTROL key) to launch the Installer.app
